We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all the items we sell. Merchandise must be in the original condition with all the insertions and labels. 

You MUST CALL US and follow our simple directions before returning any items. For your security, we do not process returns, refunds, or exchanges by email. 

RETURN DIRECTIONS:
We will refund the cost of your item (minus shipping costs) if you:
1. call us within 10 business days of delivery for a RMA number 
2. return the merchandise within 30 days of your order 
3. return the item in the same condition as when it was shipped. You pay for return shipping.

We carefully test and inspect all merchandise before we ship to you. If you receive the item damaged you MUST CALL US at 888-896-1814 within 10 business days of receipt for instructions on obtaining a return credit. This is very important because some damage is the responsibility of the carrier and other situations are the fault of manufacturer etc. After your call we will resolve any issues quickly with the least inconvenience to you.

We reserve the right to refuse your return or charge 15% restocking fee, if you do not follow these Return Directions.

We do not accept returns for custom and special corporate orders.

Note: Tin toys are made with old fashioned techniques. They are not always perfect (by modern plastic standards). They sometimes have small scratches and slightly imperfect parts. That's part of their charm!
