Wind this high quality detailed all-tin acrobatic elephant and watch the brightly colored blades rise and rotate while the scooter rolls in a large circle. He features a "MADE IN U.S. ZONE" bracelet from post WWII Germany.

This Circus Elephant on Scooter is a hand-made, original heirloom quality tin amusement toy. We found one of the last tin toy artists in Germany using the classic tin plates and tools to produce this delightful toy.
